Jesse passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013.
Jesse was a resident of Smithfield, Virginia at the time of his passing.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 2 p.m. at Uzzell UMC, 15363 Uzzell Church Rd., Smithfield, VA 23430.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Lions Medical Eye Bank of Eastern Virginia, 600 Gresham Dr., Norfolk, VA 23507.
