Margaret T. Wheatley, 92, of Portsmouth, VA, passed away January 23, 2013. She was a 1937 graduate of Cradock High School, member of the Victory Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, and lifelong member of Cradock United Methodist Church. Margaret was the daughter of the late Charles and Ester Fehlhaber, and the widow of Habbert E. Wheatley.
