Marjorie "Sister" Jeanette Vann Price, 74, of the 2000 block of Queen St., Portsmouth, VA, passed away on Jan. 21, 2013. She was born in Nansemond County, VA to the late Walter Edward Vann and Ollie Mae Bundy. She was also predeceased by her husband, Herman W. Price; brother, Joe P. Vann; daughter, Phyllis Price.
