Harvey passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2014.
Harvey was a resident of Portsmouth, Virginia at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Cookie.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 7, at 12 noon at Gomley Chesed Cemetery by Rabbi David Goldstein.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Gomley Chesed Cemetery Fund.
