Leroy passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2013.
Leroy was a resident of Emporia, Virginia at the time of his passing.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 1 p.m. at Greater Shiloh Baptist Church, 615 Clay Street Emporia, VA. Rev. Dr. James A. Carey, pastor, officiating, Rev. Denise T. Avent, Eulogist. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
