William passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013.
William was a resident of Poquoson, Virginia at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Annette.
The family will receive friends Friday, 9-10:00 AM, at Trinity United Methodist Church, immediately followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM at the church by Rev. George T. Insley Jr. Burial will follow at Weston Cemetery, Poquoson. At other times the family will be at the home, 12 N. Westover Dr.
