James passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2013.
James was a resident of Colonial Heights, Virginia at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Hunter.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 17th at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home Interment will follow at Blandford Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
