Marvin passed away on Friday, August 23, 2013.
Marvin was a resident of Suffolk, Virginia at the time of his passing.
He is survived by his wife Claudia.
A memorial service will be held at 7 PM on Friday, August 30th at the First Baptist Church of Norfolk on 312 Kempsville Rd. The family will receive friends during the hour prior to the service and at the reception following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater.
