JoAnne Oliver Lewis, 78, died July 16, 2013 at Morningside of Newport News. JoAnne was an active member of Bethany United Methodist Church, singing in the church choir, serving on the administrative board and numerous other committees. She retired from York County as a Program Manager of Project Insight and House Arrest for the Juvenile Services Division. She loved music and enjoyed reading. She was devoted to her family and will be dearly missed.
