Thelma passed away on Monday, July 15, 2013. Thelma was a resident of Suffolk, Virginia at the time of her passing. She is survived by her husband Randolph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Suffolk Christian Church with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating.
