Samuel passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013.
Samuel was a resident of Suffolk, Virginia at the time of his passing.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 15 in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Bennetts Creek Chapel with Terry Dettmer officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 5-7 p.m.
