Spilman passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.
Spilman was a resident of Emporia, Virginia at the time of his passing.
Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, June 10, 2013 at Zion Baptist Church at 11;00 AM. Interment will follow in The Andrew Family Cemetery.
