James passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2013.
James was a resident of Glen Allen, Virginia at the time of his passing.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Road, where a service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday. Interment Hanover Memorial Park.
