Col. Paul Livingston Applin, Jr. U.S. Army, Retired, died peacefully at home Friday, May 3, 2013. He was 85. He was born in Ft. Worth Texas and son of the late Paul L. Applin and Esther Richards Applin. Col. Applin's service career spanned over three wars, including the Korean War, Vietnam War and the Nicaraguan Conflict.
