Ms. Bell passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013.
Ms. Bell was a resident of Petersburg, Virginia at the time of her passing.
The memorial service will be held 6-7PM Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the chapel of William N. Bland & Son Funeral Home, 137 Harrison Street, Petersburg; with the Alease Cooley Memorial Tent No. 718 and other guest.
Interment will follow in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery, 6711 Hickory Road, South Chesterfield.
