Randal was born on December 24, 1956 and passed away on Monday, April 8, 2013.
Randal was a resident of Chesterfield, Virginia at the time of his passing.
The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Morrissett Funeral & Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Road (Rte. 10). His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Dale Memorial Park.
