Norrene passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
Norrene was a resident of Colonial Heights, Virginia at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Jerry.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2013 in the Colonial Heights Chapel of E. Alvin Small and Funeral Homes and Crematory 2033 Boulevard with Pastor Scott Price officiating. Interment will be Private. The family will receive friends Friday, March 22, 2013 from 6-8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
