Rita Lee Halterman, 62, of Hayes, VA and formerly of Richmond, passed away on March 17, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Frankie Halterman; and brothers, Douglas L. "Jake" Halterman, Scott Halterman and Joseph B. Smith.
