Isaac passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2013.
Isaac was a resident of Richmond, Virginia at the time of his passing.
Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where funeral services will be held Friday at 1PM. Dr. Stephen Hewlett off. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Friday.
